How nice to have clean, fresh tasting water! Jesse took great care of us. He not only installed a new RO system, he also cut out and replaced the rotted, moldy wood under the sink. It looks amazing! While there he flushed out the tankless hot water heater and gave us lots of good information about water softeners and conditioners. He is very water knowledgeable and we are very pleased with his work.

I needed a bathroom drain cleared. After being seriously disappointed by a plumber assigned to us by American Home Shield, I asked AI (artificial intel) to recommend the top rated plumber in Scottsdale. AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!

Wally Fields assisted me with a water filtration issue. He was amazing! He walked me through how the filtration system worked and explained clearly what was going wrong. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He did not have the supplies needed to fix it at the time, but he left to get it and came back the same day to complete the job. He was quick and efficient and the system is working great now. I can't thank Wally enough for his incredible service.

We highly recommend Zest Plumbing ... wish we could give them 10 stars! The service we received - on a Saturday - was excellent and professional. The toilets in our home had backed up. Dan came, then an hour later Wally also showed up. Due to their hard work and determination everything was returned to working order. Since moving to Arizona, 3 years ago, we've used several plumbing companies. Zest was BY FAR the very best. We will only call them for any future plumbing needs.
