Jason Taylor did a great job! We had a hot water slab leak, and he rerouted with minimal cuts into wall. Very clean. Would absolutely recommend him for any job!

Overall, a good experience. The technician was professional, courteous, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, went above and beyond to be helpful, and completed the work thoroughly. The repair appears to be high quality and is covered by a warranty, which I appreciate. My only concern was the overall cost. The total ended up being about double what I expected, with the part making up more than half of the price. While I can’t say for sure whether it was out of line, it did feel higher than anticipated. That said, the work was done well, and I feel confident in the repair. I would consider using them again, while asking more detailed pricing questions up front.

I called Zest to do a full repipe of my house after having a leak in my old polybutelyne pipes. I was so surprised at how responsive they were and how quickly they got Wally out for an estimate (which was MUCH more reasonable than what another popular local company quoted me, by the way). After that, they stayed in touch and made it abundantly clear they were available for questions without me having to constantly reach out to them. After a bit of a delay waiting for a quote from a company who ultimately ghosted me, I hired them for the job. They quoted two and a half days, but it ended up taking three due to some unforeseen circumstances. They were proactive in selling me some additional services that were logical to me. Not an oversell whatsoever, just things that should be done. When they left on the final day, they left my house in just about the same shape as they found it. I have some drywall finishing work to do and floors to mop, but everything other than that was perfect. Wally called the next day to make sure things were working well. There's one thing they need to come take care of, but that's it. I was so happy with the job they did for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Wally and Anthony for all the hard work you did on my house!! I appreciate you all so much!

Our Roman bathtub faucet was leaking for a few days while we waited for the home owner’s warranty licensed plumber. Got tired of waiting and called affordable plumbing. Great decision from the start. Phone operators were helpful and got us scheduled that day. Jason came out and gave us a reasonable price and started working right away. Stopped the leak and came back the next day to install the new faucet. We are delighted with Jason and would highly recommend the company.

How nice to have clean, fresh tasting water! Jesse took great care of us. He not only installed a new RO system, he also cut out and replaced the rotted, moldy wood under the sink. It looks amazing! While there he flushed out the tankless hot water heater and gave us lots of good information about water softeners and conditioners. He is very water knowledgeable and we are very pleased with his work.

I needed a bathroom drain cleared. After being seriously disappointed by a plumber assigned to us by American Home Shield, I asked AI (artificial intel) to recommend the top rated plumber in Scottsdale. AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!

He was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He did not have the supplies needed to fix it at the time, but he left to get it and came back the same day to complete the job. He was quick and efficient and the system is working great now. I can't thank Wally enough for his incredible service.

October 2025 I moved to a new home and Zest plumbing installed a new water softener and overflow box. They were so informative with information and answered all my questions. The install was done quickly and professionally. Jason was my technician and he was AMAZING! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He really took time to explain how the system worked and how to maintain the equipment. Zest Plumbing has been so transparent with services and costs. Their customer service & technicians are top notch. , , , , 2024 Zest Plumbing installed my water heater and came out to flush it on Tuesday. There was a lot of calcium build up and a good reminder I need to do this maintenance annually. My technician was Juan Charry Vallejo; he was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. My water heater is heating up much faster now! Great service; highly recommend Zest Plumbing!!!

Where do I begin! Wally with Zest did absolute PHENOMENAL work, at a very reasonable price at an insanely quick pace! He not only fixed both bathroom sinks, he installed two brand new vanities, two faucets, and entirely new under sink lines. I had one of those days where things just don’t go right. I was cleaning a beloved diamond anniversary necklace and I didn’t pull up the plug in the sink. I figured I would just be really careful. Well, I accidentally dropped the necklace down into the drain. I was in a panic. I called the 1st on the list and I’m so glad I did. A real human answered the phone and she was very kind. A plumber was called out within the given time and quickly retrieved the necklace. What a relief !! Very good company to deal with. I will definitely call them again for a real plumbing issue if we have one. Saving this number??

Second time using this company. They scheduled the estimate and completed the work the next day. The technician, Wally, was on time, worked efficiently and made sure all the issues were addressed. Reasonably priced and clean quality work. Replaced 3 shut offs and a bathroom sink fixture.

We recently had an emergency plumbing backup at our small business which effectively prevented our business from being able to operate. It was in the evening, and we were concerned about whether we could open our doors the next day. I called and Diana was able to have someone to our facility first thing in the morning - long before we opened our doors for business. Wally showed up on-time, with a motivated attitude. He was a great guy and a true professional. He didn't mess around with trying to chit-chat or upsell unnecessary services, he got right down to business. It's incredibly rare to find a contractor who shows up and essentially says, "You have nothing to worry about. I'm not sure exactly what solution we need just yet, but I know for a fact I have it and I'll get you taken care of." No one enjoys having to call an emergency service, but if you have to, I cannot recommend Zest Plumbing enough. They will solve your problem and they will make your day better while they do it.

Len came to my home to evaluate bad smell coming from sinks in newly remodeled master bathroom. Len was a wealth of information on the potential causes and possible remedies. Recommended to use an enzyme product first before getting into more tests such as camera and smoke tests. No pressure at all. Very friendly. Tested water hardness for softener system. Just an all around excellent experience. Len and Zest Plumbing are my plumbers for any future needs. Recommend highly!

Great company and best part is they work on Saturdays!!!! I called 2 other places first in my town and was turned away because they don't work on weekends but was told to try Zest plumbing and yes they work on Saturdays and they did a great job fixing my outdoor water spigot!!!!

Very happy with Zest Piumbing. Wally was the plumber who came to our house. Very professional. Best of all, he was knowledgeable and efficient. We hired a "handyman" originally to replace some valves and install new faucets. Everything leaked. Wally came him, quickly identified the mistakes that were made and fixed it. I needed to replace the main water shutoff valve for my unit and a shutoff valve on one of the toilets. I made an appointment online with Zest. Jason Taylor showed up the next morning in my assigned time slot. Jason provided an estimate to do the work, and I approved the project after talking to my landlord. They make it so easy on their website to request service. Quick, easy, painless. Wally came out the very next day. He explained what was going on, and the problem pipe was fixed! Not only that, but he saw a potential problem and told us how to handle it!!! We’re so glad we found Zest!!!! Would totally trust them to handle any plumbing need!

Jason was very knowledgeable and helped unclog our drain. He also showed us some others things that we need fixed so they don’t cause further damage.

Definitely not the fault of the worker, but he had heat stroke which caused me an extra day of carrying a big bucket of water to fill my pool. Long Story, but he came back the next day and gave me ten percent off. Ice and knowledgeable. I just felt bad that they didn't send somebody else because he still wasn't feeling very well.

I had a major water leak and had to shut off all water to our house. I had previously had another plumber out to give me an estimate. I got a bad vibe from him with his negative comments trying to sell me a whole new line. Wally, from Zest Plumbing, came out very quickly when I called and instantly put my mind at ease. He was kind and professional and gave me an Elderly/Military discount for having already dug out the area to expose the problem! And, he made me feel great when he expressed his amazement that I could do that at 85. (Incidentally they were cheaper than the competitors even before the discount!) I will definitely call Wally again if I need a plumber. He cleaned up the area before he left and treated me with respect rather than trying to put one over on me. Thanks, Wally!

Our water heater started leaking on Monday night. Gave Zest a call and they promptly scheduled an inspection Tuesday morning. They came out when they said they would and got a new water heater installed with no problems. I also had them put in a check valve on our hot water recirculating system to prevent hot water getting into the cold water supply. Very pleased with their service. We have used them before and will continue to do so.

I initially had a satisfactory experience, but my opinion changed after seeking a second opinion regarding my washer valves. Spencer's Appliance Installers informed me that my new laundry washer couldn’t be installed because the water valves needed to be replaced. I contacted Zest for a quote, and they estimated the cost to be between $600 and $800 for the replacement. Before proceeding, I decided to get a second opinion. To my surprise, not only did the valves not require replacement, but they were identified as Dahl valves, which come with a lifetime warranty, something I confirmed myself. This oversight by Zest was concerning. It appeared they were prepared to replace functional, warrantied components unnecessarily. To me, this reflects a lack of due diligence and raises questions about their trustworthiness and expertise. I would recommend getting a second opinion before moving forward with their services.

The assigned technician, Len Gibbs, Arrived promptly the next morning, three minutes prior to the set arrival time of 8 AM. He was quite patient while I wrangled my dogs into the house, and was thorough with his explanation, and efficient in the completion of task. Just a review to rave about our experience with Zest for the unfortunate happenstance that we needed new sewer pipes. A prior plumber ran ABS pipes into cast iron on a bathroom remodel and it caused a belly that needed a repair and replacement of the cast iron pipes. Anthony and Rabbaanee came to do the demo and pipe install. Those two men have revived my faith in modern day work ethic. They did an excellent job with a difficult demo in a very short time, installed the pipes, replaced the concrete and cleaned up all in 3 days. They were incredible and I cannot recommend them more highly if you need new sewer work or for any demo/replacement work with heavy lifting. Thanks so much guys!! Also had to shout out to Diana at the office who is always so on top of scheduling, billing and all things in the office. Thanks Diana!

Zest plumbing was great. They were able to make it to my house within an hour of my call. I had broke the shower valve in the wall and needed Zest to replace it. They were in and out in less than an hour. Wally was pleasant, efficient and knows his job! While no plumbing job is inexpensive, Zest was half as much as the Major local companies! We contacted Zest to provide an estimate for some plumbing work, that we had previously received a quote from another company that didn’t sound right. Wally from Zest was able to find the cause of our plumbing problem after taking the time to do an entire diagnosis (which the other company didn’t do), and saved us thousands of dollars in the process compared to the mis-diagnosis the other company would have cost. Wally was our tech and is extremely professional and very friendly. You could tell he is very experienced. I would not hesitate to use Zest again for any plumbing we need and highly recommend them!

I called in for a leaky faucet late Saturday evening and was scheduled for am appointment next day which was a Sunday! The guys were prompt, professional and did a great job. Although a bit pricey , I will keep them as my go to for future services.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Zest Plumbing and our technician, Anthony Espinosa! I called at 12:39 PM on a Saturday for an urgent issue, a blocked shower drain that was bubbling sewage. Not only was someone available right away, but the entire issue was completely resolved and Anthony was out the door by 1:59 PM. That’s less than 90 minutes from start to finish on a weekend. Incredible. Anthony was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly professional. He clearly explained what was going on, took care of the problem efficiently, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. On top of that, he was personable and easy to talk to, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. Zest Plumbing earned my trust today. I had an outside water bib that I could not get soldered on and called Zest around 8:30 am and they arrived by 10:30 having finished another job. Their workers were pleasant and knew what they were doing. On time and seemed to work quickly and efficiently, but really seemed focused on upselling us on other plumbing projects and cost was quite high for 20 minutes of work.

Water heater leaking and put out the pilot light. Cold water showers! I contacted Zelle Plumbing and Drain online during the weekend, booked an appointment, and they came out first thing Monday. He listened to our needs, looked at the old location, recommended a plan, and an hour later he came back with a new one. He had it installed nice and neatly and everything works as expected. Now, hot water showers!

We noticed a damp area in our front yard recently and suspected a water leak. My husband dug up a small section to check the extent of the leak before calling Zest Plumbing. The customer service person told him someone would be out as soon as he finished his current job. Wally arrived within an hour of our call and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the options for replacement and said another coworker would be coming to help out with the job. I am sorry, I forgot the name of this coworker. Both employees were very knowledgeable about line replacement and plumbing issues in general. They were very polite, courteous and honest. They replaced the old, broken up pipe with a new quality pipe line from home to curb within a few hours. Everything was cleaned up and checked out before they left for the day. Thank you so much Wally and your coworker. You both deserve a raise. This was a job well done, in a great time for a great price. We highly recommend Zest Plumbing. They were an 'Answer to a Prayer.'

We had an excellent service experience with Zest Plumbing & drain recently. I called Zest at around 1:00 pm on December 30th to schedule visit to clear a clogged kitchen drain. The friendly representative told me that someone could come out between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm that same day. At 2:20 I received a text from Zest to tell me that their plumber, Patrick U. was on his way and would arrive in the next 15 - 30 minutes. Patrick arrived as promised, assessed the clogged drain situation, and got to work to get the drain cleared. Patrick was very friendly and pleasant and explained what was likely the problem with our drain. He also told us about some other service options we may want to consider in the future. Patrick quickly resolved the drain clog and cleaned up the work area before he left. I definately recommend Zest Plumbing & Drain and will not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.

Other than price would be a 5. Although I paid a little more for water heater replacement because of another company (Parker and Sons)screwing me over on warranty. Jason/Zest did a fabulous job of helping us out. He also stayed and fixed a spicket and and another water line issue too. Probably a little more pricey on the water line repair than I would have liked, but overall pleased with Jason(will ask for him, if I need more plumbing stuff done) and Zest. Prompt, respectful and polite.

I described my problem and she helped set up an appointment the very next work day. Their technician, Len, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. Len also helped with the pricing as I was surprised at the cost to correct the hot water issue I was having. In the end Len came back two days later with the parts needed and did a first class job. I have found the plumber I will use in the future. Great company.

Paul is very professional. He rebuilt the pipes at the side of my house that were corroded and leaking. I received a detailed estimate before the work was started. The price was a little better than some who just gave a price over the phone. They also give a military discount, which helps veterans save a little.
