Overall, a good experience. The technician was professional, courteous, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, went above and beyond to be helpful, and completed the work thoroughly. The repair appears to be high quality and is covered by a warranty, which I appreciate. My only concern was the overall cost. The total ended up being about double what I expected, with the part making up more than half of the price. While I can’t say for sure whether it was out of line, it did feel higher than anticipated. That said, the work was done well, and I feel confident in the repair. I would consider using them again, while asking more detailed pricing questions up front.

I called Zest to do a full repipe of my house after having a leak in my old polybutelyne pipes. I was so surprised at how responsive they were and how quickly they got Wally out for an estimate (which was MUCH more reasonable than what another popular local company quoted me, by the way). After that, they stayed in touch and made it abundantly clear they were available for questions without me having to constantly reach out to them. After a bit of a delay waiting for a quote from a company who ultimately ghosted me, I hired them for the job. They quoted two and a half days, but it ended up taking three due to some unforeseen circumstances. They were proactive in selling me some additional services that were logical to me. Not an oversell whatsoever, just things that should be done. When they left on the final day, they left my house in just about the same shape as they found it. I have some drywall finishing work to do and floors to mop, but everything other than that was perfect. Wally called the next day to make sure things were working well. There's one thing they need to come take care of, but that's it. I was so happy with the job they did for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Wally and Anthony for all the hard work you did on my house!! I appreciate you all so much!

Len came out to give us a quote on replacing our garbage disposal and he gave us such amazing service. He asked if there was anything else we wanted looked at and gave us some great advice for avoiding major plumbing disasters down the road. We are definitely hiring them for all our plumbing needs. Our Roman bathtub faucet was leaking for a few days while we waited for the home owner’s warranty licensed plumber. Got tired of waiting and called affordable plumbing. Great decision from the start. Phone operators were helpful and got us scheduled that day. Jason came out and gave us a reasonable price and started working right away. Stopped the leak and came back the next day to install the new faucet. We are delighted with Jason and would highly recommend the company.
