A phenomenal service experience from start to finish, with quality craftsmanship to back it up. After finding myself Involved in a bit of a plumbing emergency at 10 PM, I stumbled upon the phone number for Zest Plumbing. The kind woman I had the pleasure of speaking with, whose name is escaping me, booked my appointment in an instant. Shortly after, I was pleasantly surprised in receiving some very welcome advice, which helped to mitigate any further damage. The assigned technician, Len Gibbs, Arrived promptly the next morning, three minutes prior to the set arrival time of 8 AM. He was quite patient while I wrangled my dogs into the house, and was thorough with his explanation, and efficient in the completion of task. With a remodel on the homegirls horizon, I’ll have additional work that I’m more than happy to provide to the team at Zest Plumbing.

This plumbing company is amazing. What a find. Had a pipe backup problem in my laundry room. I got their name from a neighbor who raved about them. They make it so easy on their website to request service. Quick, easy, painless. Wally came out the very next day. He explained what was going on, and the problem pipe was fixed! Not only that, but he saw a potential problem and told us how to handle it!!! We’re so glad we found Zest!!!! Would totally trust them to handle any plumbing need!

It started with Dianna the scheduler, she was amazing at deciphering the real questions that needed to be addressed. I am a new homeowner with a tankless water heater! She guided me to Len who was very good at teaching me all that I needed to know about this system. Outstanding job. Wally is fantastic! Wasn’t cheap but replaced a failed hot water tank and corrected a number of things that were done incorrectly when my previous water heater was installed. Will use again.

I highly recommend Zest Plumbing. I made an appointment on-line at 7:00AM to have my failed water heater replaced and it was completed by noon the same day. Just a review to rave about our experience with Zest for the unfortunate happenstance that we needed new sewer pipes. A prior plumber ran ABS pipes into cast iron on a bathroom remodel and it caused a belly that needed a repair and replacement of the cast iron pipes. Anthony and Rabbaanee came to do the demo and pipe install. Those two men have revived my faith in modern day work ethic. They did an excellent job with a difficult demo in a very short time, installed the pipes, replaced the concrete and cleaned up all in 3 days. They were incredible and I cannot recommend them more highly if you need new sewer work or for any demo/replacement work with heavy lifting. Thanks so much guys!! Also had to shout out to Diana at the office who is always so on top of scheduling, billing and all things in the office. Thanks Diana!
