Had Len from Zest come and help me with my water pipe issue and gave me some pointers on my house's water heater and softener to keep them in good shape. Good guys, would recommend them!

New customer. quick response, same day service. Knew what they were doing and had up to date equipment so that they were able to fix our drain problem the right way.

Len came out to check on my ro system because I thought it was having problems, but he tested the water and assured me it was ok, and there was no charge for the day since he didn't actually need to do anything, which was awesome. Then shortly after he left, my garbage disposal broke. I contacted him again, and he got out as quick as he could and replaced it with a new one. I would definitely recommend zest plumbing and will use them again for any issues.

We appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable Len was when we had issues with some plumbing needs and our water softener. So nice to have our issues resolved quickly and great advice too!

Update: The day after I left the review below, the owner called, explained that they spoke to the tech and agree that they did not follow process and refunded me the $950 I paid. He refused my offer to pay for the time the plumber spent stating that they did not deliver on their commitment. It was very refreshing to see the owner standing behind his employee and did not throw him under the bus and blame him in any way. I may give them another chance. Updated it to a 5 star review, --- I gave 1 star on this review: The worst plumber I have encountered in my 20 years of home ownership. I called them to investigate a leak near the main water inlet in my house. If they don’t do work like this, they should have refused this call… no they did not. The plumber came in, explained him the problem - he said he was going to write up the work and give me an estimate. The plumber could have told me he does not want to dig and get dirty, no he did not… he wrote up an estimate dig up to 2 cu ft and explore and identify the leak, fix using up to 2 inch copper for $985. I agreed to the work and had him initiate. He encountered the leak, in a mass of tubing irrigation and irrigation drain pipes… he stalled at the point, hemming and hawing about could be this or could be that without proceeding further, claimed that it could be my pool draining (seriously) or may be they could fix it, when I asked who would they be he said landscapers… after about 20-30 min if this, me behaving like his associate trying to help, he behaving like my boss - he said, well, I have to do further digging that will involve more work, I’ll write it up. He comes back with an estimate of 1650 to do another exploration but then there is an old stump, if the problem is near it, I’ll have to remove that stump before he will give me a new estimate. At this point I paid him $950 (for essentially an incomplete work ) because I wanted him to leave my property and sent him away. The plumber I found today identified the problem 1 inch below where this guy stopped, and patched it up for $150. So there you have it, I thought I have seen price gouging, never have I experienced at this level. Are there no honest plumbing companies in Phoenix ?

Extremely thorough and professional service tech, Mike, did a great job and saved me quite a bit of money by suggesting a maintenance contract that was cheaper than the annual service I had been paying for prior to the new ownership of company. I highly recommend Mike and Zest! Jason installed an RO water system and did an excellent job. Wally Field came for a routine maintenance of my water heater and noticed it was leaking. He replaced the heater with a new one on the same visit (see photo) and even helped with another unrelated leak he noticed. Outstanding! Most recently, Jason installed a water softener to replace an old Kinetico system. He gave me a great price and did an outstanding, professional job.

Anthony replaced drain pipes for my washing machine. He was very kind and did a great job. Explained exactly what needed to be done. Zest Plumbing is the greatest!

Anthony Espinosa is amazing! He came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. The home we were having drain issues is an airbnb so its super important that we fix everything quickly and professionally. He was very efficient and nice! I was able to contact Zest's office at 9:30 in the morning and Diana was fantastic in getting Patrick out that same day. I would highly recommend Zest and Patrick to all my family and friends. As with most plumbing issues this was a plumbing emergency. We had a brand new pump that was not working correctly. I saw the reviews were great for Zest plumbing. I called and initially was connected to their AI, only.problem I needed to know how soon could someone come out. Ron noticed I called several times and he called to see if they could be of any service. Wow, when Ron said they were sending their best guy. He wasn't kidding. I was really fortunate to get the legend himself Wally The_fit plumber. Wally was able to look at my situation and knew exactly what to do. He definitely put.us at ease since we had no water coming into the house. Wally objective was to make sure we get water back. First watching Wally is.like watching and artist at work. As with most job we ran into complications with the new pump. Wally had all kinds of resources to call on. We had to swap out the pump since no one in the valley had any idea about it(new on the market). Wally did what he does best and got us water with a new pump. When he was finished he did the dance since he was so happy that he was able to solve our problem. I can't thank Wally and Ron and the folks at Zest plumbing. Truly professionals and genuinely care about resolving your issue(s). Zest is my now to go to plumbing company and I highly recommend them trust you won't be sorry. Thank you!

It’s never pleasant to wake up to my wife yelling we have no hot water , immediately I go check water heater, to keep a long story short it was visibly leaking, No pilot light. I call Zest Plumbing, Jason Taylor arrives he explains our situation answers all of our questions and what options we have. Jason Taylor in our opinion is very knowledgeable, respectful and customer service is outstanding. He had replaced our water heater in no time.
