We had an excellent service experience with Zest Plumbing & drain recently. I called Zest at around 1:00 pm on December 30th to schedule visit to clear a clogged kitchen drain. The friendly representative told me that someone could come out between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm that same day. At 2:20 I received a text from Zest to tell me that their plumber, Patrick U. was on his way and would arrive in the next 15 - 30 minutes. Patrick arrived as promised, assessed the clogged drain situation, and got to work to get the drain cleared. Patrick was very friendly and pleasant and explained what was likely the problem with our drain. He also told us about some other service options we may want to consider in the future. Patrick quickly resolved the drain clog and cleaned up the work area before he left. I definately recommend Zest Plumbing & Drain and will not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.

Other than price would be a 5. Although I paid a little more for water heater replacement because of another company (Parker and Sons)screwing me over on warranty. Jason/Zest did a fabulous job of helping us out. He also stayed and fixed a spicket and and another water line issue too. Probably a little more pricey on the water line repair than I would have liked, but overall pleased with Jason(will ask for him, if I need more plumbing stuff done) and Zest. Prompt, respectful and polite.

I found Zest Plumbing thru a Google search. From the moment they answered the phone the young lady was a perfect employee. I described my problem and she helped set up an appointment the very next work day. Their technician, Len, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. Len also helped with the pricing as I was surprised at the cost to correct the hot water issue I was having. In the end Len came back two days later with the parts needed and did a first class job. I have found the plumber I will use in the future. Great company.

Paul is very professional. He rebuilt the pipes at the side of my house that were corroded and leaking. I received a detailed estimate before the work was started. The price was a little better than some who just gave a price over the phone. They also give a military discount, which helps veterans save a little.
