Zest always does the best job with the best service! They solve the issue at hand efficiently, and explain the process. We had a leak under our sink that was fixed quickly by Len, and then had some help with maintenance on our water heater and RO water system! I have never had a bad experience with Zest and recommend them 10 times out of 10!

We noticed a damp area in our front yard recently and suspected a water leak. My husband dug up a small section to check the extent of the leak before calling Zest Plumbing. The customer service person told him someone would be out as soon as he finished his current job. Wally arrived within an hour of our call and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the options for replacement and said another coworker would be coming to help out with the job. I am sorry, I forgot the name of this coworker. Both employees were very knowledgeable about line replacement and plumbing issues in general. They were very polite, courteous and honest. They replaced the old, broken up pipe with a new quality pipe line from home to curb within a few hours. Everything was cleaned up and checked out before they left for the day. Thank you so much Wally and your coworker. You both deserve a raise. This was a job well done, in a great time for a great price. We highly recommend Zest Plumbing. They were an 'Answer to a Prayer.'

Len came out promptly, sized up my needs, provided reasonable options and once contracted, came back a week later for installation and testing. We had an excellent service experience with Zest Plumbing & drain recently. I called Zest at around 1:00 pm on December 30th to schedule visit to clear a clogged kitchen drain. The friendly representative told me that someone could come out between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm that same day. At 2:20 I received a text from Zest to tell me that their plumber, Patrick U. was on his way and would arrive in the next 15 - 30 minutes. Patrick arrived as promised, assessed the clogged drain situation, and got to work to get the drain cleared. Patrick was very friendly and pleasant and explained what was likely the problem with our drain. He also told us about some other service options we may want to consider in the future. Patrick quickly resolved the drain clog and cleaned up the work area before he left. I definately recommend Zest Plumbing & Drain and will not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.
