Len came to my home to evaluate bad smell coming from sinks in newly remodeled master bathroom. Len was a wealth of information on the potential causes and possible remedies. Recommended to use an enzyme product first before getting into more tests such as camera and smoke tests. No pressure at all. Very friendly. Tested water hardness for softener system. Just an all around excellent experience. Len and Zest Plumbing are my plumbers for any future needs. Recommend highly!

Great company and best part is they work on Saturdays!!!! I called 2 other places first in my town and was turned away because they don't work on weekends but was told to try Zest plumbing and yes they work on Saturdays and they did a great job fixing my outdoor water spigot!!!!

Zest Plumbing is my go-to for all plumbing issues. I really appreciate that Zest doesn’t charge you a fee to come out and assess your plumbing issue - you pay only if you decide to hire them for the job. Both Len and Anthony have provided excellent, prompt service.

My water heater finally gave up the ghost after many years of faithful service. It had actually been so many years I couldn’t remember who installed the last one. Starting from scratch then, I found Affordable Plumbing listed as a 5-star reviewed company so I gave them a call. Of course it was on Labor Day Sunday, so I didn’t expect an answer. Yet I was promptly contacted by Diana, to who I related my tale of woe. She appointed me for the following Tuesday, as I told her I could ride out Labor Day no worries. Tuesday morning I get a message saying that my scheduled plumber called out sick…bummer. But Diana gave me the option to have their sister company Zest Plumbing and Drain come out to give me an estimate that afternoon. Well that turned out to be a stroke of luck - sometime just after 1200, the plumber showed up - Mr. Wally Fields. Right away I knew I was dealing with a consummate professional! Wally evaluated my situation, detailed all my options, and explained the procedures that would take place to replace my water heater. Wally has a great attitude, is cheerful and engaging, and answered all my questions (even some plumbing stuff not related to this job). Just a few short hours later, Wally had removed my old WH, correctly installed my new one, and made a believer out of me that there are still high quality, skilled, personable tradespeople out there in this world (my guess is that Zest has a whole bench full of them). Do yourself a favor - next time you need plumbing help - give Zest/Affordable a call…you won’t regret it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Wally Fields show up, well that’s just icing on the cake. Thanks again Wally!!

Very happy with Zest Piumbing. Wally was the plumber who came to our house. Very professional. Best of all, he was knowledgeable and efficient. We hired a "handyman" originally to replace some valves and install new faucets. Everything leaked. Wally came him, quickly identified the mistakes that were made and fixed it. We would have saved time and money had we just used Zest from the start. I will definitely be calling Zest again if I need a plumber and asking for Wally.

I had a 2003 50 gallon water heater that started leaking rust on Saturday morning, So based off of quotes from other plumbing companies, I knew my water heater was toast, and I needed to replace it. I called Affordable Plumbing, Rooter, and Water Heaters and explain my situation, At 8 AM Sunday morning. They would not have had a technician available until Tuesday, so the lady who I spoke to on the phone immediately gave me a compromise which was their sister company Zest Plumbing and Drain, and said she would have a technician out within an hour. I was so shocked because two other plumbing companies that I spoke to on Saturday night said that they wouldn’t be able to get out to my house until Tuesday or Wednesday, which is completely understandable. Given it was the weekend and that’s what I had anticipated originally anyways. Wally, Was the technician who came to my house in the timeframe promised , immediately assessed the situation quoted me, and also gave me a fair price as well. He immediately got to work and replaced my unit, explained everything that he did on it. Everything was brand new, tiptop shape, and his customer service and friendliness were a part of the experience. I truly and highly recommend this company and if you can….request Wally! lol. Great experience during a stressful situation.

Zest plumbing came out, Mathew was out technician and boy was he great, he came in and gave out options and walked us thru the job,he was very experienced and through, he did the job like he said he was going to do, he went above and beyond like 3 times, he did the job and I was so happy and impressed I used Parker and sons and told the plumber to get out due to high prices and extra charges , I highly recommend to use Mathew and zest plumbing I will use them for all my plumbing needs, I cannot thank zest enough five stars over and over

I needed to replace the main water shutoff valve for my unit and a shutoff valve on one of the toilets. I made an appointment online with Zest. Jason Taylor showed up the next morning in my assigned time slot. Jason provided an estimate to do the work, and I approved the project after talking to my landlord. Jason did a really great and professional job, and everything is working properly now. From the very beginning, I really enjoyed working with Jason. Besides being a great technician, Jason has a great personality. Jason was very kind and respectful. If I ever need service again, I will definitely request Jason Taylor!!!

The response was quick and Steven was very efficient in the sewer cleanout that he performed. He explained the situation clearly and suggested some possible ways to fix the problem.

I had extensive work that needed to be done and these guys did a terrific job. Responsive, fair pricing and incredible service from Wally Fields. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about these guys.

A shot in the dark .. last minute emergency outdoor pipe had pin hole that was for pool, hose and misters called Zest and Wally was our service guy He was professional . Clean cut uniform . Fix quickly and prices are very fair . We had another situation happened called Zest again came out repaired and also fixed another shower head

Walley Fields is great. Has helped us out twice now. Fixed an out side leak and shower head replacement.
